We offer the following ordering and payment options:

 

Online Orders

Items can be added to the online shopping cart by clicking the add to basket button shown next to each item.

 

During online checkout then payment can be made using Paypal, Credit / Debit Cards.

 

Mail Order

Items can be added to the online shopping cart as above and then the order printed instead of being submitted online and sent by post along with payment by cheque or postal order to:

Email Orders

Orders may be sent by email and a Paypal invoice can be sent by return email, please email orders to:

 

 

Fax Orders

Orders may be placed by fax and then payment by cheque forwarded on, or alternatively a Paypal invoice can be sent to you so that you may pay by Paypal, Credit / Debit Card.

 

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed then you will receive an email to confirm that payment has been successfully processed and given an estimated delivery date for your items.  Most items are sent out with 1 to 3 days of payment being cleared.

 

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £8.45 inc. VAT per order to mainland UK addresses.  Please note that certain outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc may incur additional charges depending upon the courier used.  International postage rates will be quoted upon request.  Items may be sent out using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or another courier depending upon the size, quantity and weight of the order.  All items will be securely packaged and insured against loss or damage, requiring a signature upon delivery.  Any damages must be reported to the courier immediately and noted in writing when signing for the items.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns in line with the distance selling regulations and we will happily issue full refunds minus P&P for items returned within 14 days that are returned in an unused and resaleable condition.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

What happens if something goes wrong?

If there is a problem with your order then contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.  We do pride ourselves on the level of customer service that we can offer our customers and most of business is made up from returning customers, please remember that we are here to help!
